Returns and order issues

Please inspect your shipment promptly. If products arrive damaged, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us within five business days with your order details and photographs.

• Return authorization is required before sending items back.
• Unused stock items may be eligible for return, subject to approval and restocking charges.
• Customized, decorated or made-to-order packaging is generally not returnable.
• Approved credits are issued after returned goods are received and inspected.
